Fairly clean hotel, I loved good staff and location. Its location was marvellous, near the zoo, and in a shopping area. Warm room for the bedding to be changed, everything was perfectly fine. All the staff was extremely polite, fixed my issues. Lots of food for breakfast including tea and coffee.

Have stayed here many times and would return anytime. Stayed here for 1 night and enjoyed my choice.- The staff were extremely helpful and very amiable, no complaint.- It was brand-new, updated and for my cooler.- Having a fridge, a microwave oven, and air conditioning was very convenient.

Close to restaurants and other services. Good breakfast at convenient hours.
I suggest that the shower curtain be washed more often, it smelled a bit otherwise, everything was very clean. The elevator is out of date and should be changed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were exceptionally nice. Overall it was spotlessly clean for the bedding to be changed. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV set were all available. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Granby.

The location was perfect for my work and they accept small dogs. The beds were decent
An older motel/hotel. The older rooms are for people with dogs, they charge $20/day extra for each dog because they say they have to "deep clean" the room after. The furniture was very sparse, no desk, lightbulbs instead of fixtures, stained toilet bowl, grime in shower, old carpet, old tv, etc. Also loud talking in the halls in the middle of the night on the second night.

When we visit Granby, we always like staying at Hotel Le Principal. The hotel is quiet and nestled in a neat building with poolside views. The bed is comfortable and the room is bright. The bathroom is fairly clean.

The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly.
For a so-called "non-smoking" establishment, I thought it smelled very smoky in the stairwells. Other than a service/freight elevator, there were no other "people" elevators. Rather strange for a three and a half storey building. The bathroom was a bit small, although the room had been mostly renovated. What surprised me the most was that the continental breakfast was not included in the price of the room. It should have been, at $6.95 + taxes!!!

I had a good stay on vacation and the weather was sunny. The setting was good, near Bromont, shops, restaurants, and malls were within walking distance. Loved the restaurant for breakfast, a nice bonus, especially when it's hot outside.
